The prices include:

• Water, electric power and gas consumptions (exclusive of heating gas)
• Clean linen for the kitchen, the beds and the bathrooms (one bath towel, one face towel and a little towel for each person); for staying over the week, the linen are changed once a week
• Welcome basket with typical products: home-made oil, wine and biscuits
• Use of the common laundry and ironing-room, equipped with washing-machine and ironing tools
• Fully equipped kitchen with pottery and cutlery and breakfast food (U.H.T milk, instant coffee, sugar)

Small pets  are welcome (to be declared and agreed when booking).
Opportunity to cook one’s own meal.
Access for disabled people: apartment 5 on the ground floor has also a bath for disabled people.

Payment:

• 30% when booking by bank transaction
• 70% when arrived, by cash
