Information about art. 13 D.lgs. 196/2003

We wish to inform you that the law D.lgs. n. 196 of 30th June 2003 provides the safeguard of people respecting the personal details treatment.

In accordance with the above-mentioned law, the treatment will be transparent and will safeguard your privacy and your rights.

Thus, in accordance with the article 13 of D.lgs. n.196/2003, we will give you the following information:

2. The treatment is computerised.

3. The giving of the details is optional and the refusal of the giving has no consequence.

4. Your details will be not given to other persons, nor will be publicly available.

Law. N. 196/2003,

Art. 7 - Right to access to personal details and other rights

1. The interested party has the right to obtain the confirmation that his personal details are or are not present, even if they have not been recorded yet, and to have the knowledge of them in an intelligible way.

2. The interested party has the right to know:

a) the origin of the personal details;

b) the purpose and treatment modalities;

c) of the applied logic in case of computerised treatment;

d) all the details about the owner, the managers and the representatives in accordance with the art. 5 paragraph 2;

e) the subjects and the categories to whom his personal details could be communicated or who could learn about them.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) the updating, the correction, and the integration of details, when necessary;

b) the cancellation, the transformation on anonymous form or the block of all details treated against law, included those not necessary to hold for the purpose of which they have been collected or treated;

c) the demonstration that points on a) and b) have been spread to whom the details have been previously communicated, excepting when this task is impossible or needs to use means disproportionate respecting the protected right;

4. The interested party has the right to oppose, for whole or part:

a) for legitimate reasons of his the personal details treatment, even if pertinent on the collecting purpose;

b) to the personal details treatment for the sending of advertising or direct selling or for market research or commercial communication.
